The hotel was very clean. The room was quiet, comfortable, and very nicely appointed. I would stay there again.

The elevator wasn't working. The woman in charge of breakfast snapped at guests, especially with regards to the waffle maker, which wasn't working well.

Staff member in breakfast area talked so much it seemed to make guests uncomfortable. It was annoying to my party. The breakfast was very nice and area clean and organized.

Very nice staff. Helpful. Friendly. Welcoming. We asked for extra hangers, and they came immediately.

Our little microfridge made a lot of noise. We had to turn it off at night, and there was food/drinks in it.

Condition of the pool and hot tub raises serious concerns!!! Worn-out furniture and ineffective air conditioning are not acceptable for a comfortable stay!!! Improve cleanliness standards to ensure guests find properties super clean!!!

The front desk manager greeted us warmly and showed us to our room right away. The beds were super comfy, and we enjoyed the indoor heated pool. Breakfast was simple but delicious with scrambled eggs, tortillas, and waffles for all tastes. It's also close to historic downtown.
